What the form collects
The three forms collect an adult’s name and email, current country, intended location, relocation timing, a broad age range, the chosen priority and a short description of practical plans. You can select “Prefer not to specify” for the age range. Required fields are marked; they help Rossana understand and answer your request. You may also contact her directly by email.
Please do not include a child’s name, diagnoses, reports or other health information. No file upload is offered. Any later exchange of necessary professional information is agreed separately.
Purpose and recipients
Your enquiry is sent by email to Rossana’s professional mailbox to respond, discuss the service and arrange the next step. The form does not add you to a mailing list, take payment or confirm an appointment. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services; the submitted details are not published on this website.
Responding to a requested service enquiry relies on steps taken at your request before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Operating and protecting the site relies on legitimate interests in security (Article 6(1)(f)). The acknowledgement checkbox records that you have read the information; it is not marketing consent.
Storage and technical protection
The form sends your message to the professional mailbox and does not create a separate database of enquiries on the website. Correspondence is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations and the protection of legal rights.
A necessary session cookie, family_enquiry, protects submission and displays confirmation. It is a browser-session cookie. The form also uses a derived identifier based on the connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit files contain timestamps, not the contents of your enquiry, and files older than two days are removed when the form’s cleanup runs. The hosting service may separately keep technical access and security logs.
External services
This site loads typography from Google Fonts, which involves a browser request to Google. See Google’s privacy policy. No advertising pixels or analytics are installed on this advisory website. If you follow a link to an external booking platform, its own privacy information applies to the information you enter there. The enquiry form itself does not transmit its fields to a booking platform.
